central location big bed clean room slippery steps unvacuumed floor broken lift
the location was fantastic. a short walk led right to the main centre. the room included a lovely big bed and it was very clean. i found everything i needed was available.
The front steps into the building are very slippery when wet. the floor had not been vacuumed. I noticed some hair. also, the lift wasn't working .

helpful staff good location
The staff member was so helpful. I needed extra pillows and I had no issues getting them. The location is great and is very convenient. I found parking to be good.
I was worried about the missing tile on the steps outside. The carpet in our room needs a deep clean. It looked old and stained.

musty smell electrics trouble
the location was great, close to a lot of things i wanted to see. parking was also available, a plus.
the room was pretty dated, to be honest. there was this musty smell, i think its damp. i also had some trouble with the heating, and the electrics weren't working properly.

I booked a standard double room, and it was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The location is very central (right on the main high street). It was only a short walk into town when I needed some things.
The car park has limited spacing. It could be difficult to park a large car. I had to pay £10 per night to use the car park. It was a small private parking.
